Having your goals sets out is a great way to keep yourself motivated and inspired throughout the year. These 9 Steps to Motivation and Inspiration are a fantastic mixture of things you can do.
It is important to keep sight of your goals, but even more important to have the right goals to keep sight of.

As we dive into a new year, time and again we lose focus or lose hope in our goals.
I've put together a brief summary to get you energized and keep you focused and inspired.
1. Get clear
80% of goals written down materialize. When you see your goal somewhere it energizes & keeps you inspired. Seeing it brings you closer to it emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
2. Set a Plan Of Action
Set a realistic plan. Take small steps. The big leaps will come, but the small steps are just as important. Start with one measurable action each week or day. Even if you have 100 steps to take, by just making one, your 99 steps CLOSER.
3. Measure your progress
Review your progress. This will give you concrete results and keep you motivated.
4. Visualize
Actually: feelingitize". Feel into your goal and imagine it as already yours. When you no longer feel separate from it, but rather as just the next natural step toward you you are so much closer than you know. Do this feeling exercise everyday. Imagine what it would feel like. Sound like. Smell like. Use all you senses.
5. Have fun
All work and no play makes for a dull life. It's really in the energy of what you're focusing on that brings it to you. So do something that makes your heart race.
6. Gratitude
This word cannot be used enough. Be thankful for everything you have right now, even if it's not much. By being thankful for what you already have, brings more of it into your life. Gratitude is the fastest miracle maker in the Universe.
7. Rinse, later, repeat
Don't beat yourself up if somethings isn't working. Tweak it if need be, and reward yourself for taking the time to notice what needed fixing. If you have to change your plan a little, do so.
8. Do not procrastinate
Often when we're overwhelmed, we procrastinate. The secret is to take a step back, address the fear and put one foot in front of the other. Day by day. Just keep moving.
9. Go outside
Yep, your soul love nature. Being in the true beauty of nature brings new energy into your body and takes you out of your head. Whether you go for a walk, or climb a mountain, or just lie on the grass or watch the ocean waves, you'll feel a calm wash over you and more clarity open up.
